Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

This is a second purchase as I wanted a spare. It is the same wonderful quality as the first, which I have washed several times and use constantly. I am so happy with this product and would recommend it to anybody that wants a good, solid waterproof coat that is easy to fit and comfortable for the dog .

I'm so pleased with this coat. It's the first coat that has actually fit my 42kg Shepkita, in length and neck size. It seems very well made, and warm but lightweight. I had to return my first order for a small size, and I'm very impressed with how quickly I received the replacement.
I walk my dog on a harness, so I took the coat to a tailor who put a neat hole in it so I can still attach the lead.

Very well put together, I have a ridgeback who is 77cm long so went with the 80cm. The coat is great the only thing I’m not keen on it the straps are too long for him. Not a fault of the coat just not the best fit for my dog. He’s comfortable in it and it does a great job of keeping him dry.
