Do you have a delivery charge?
Yes, standard delivery to UK mainland addresses costs £6.99 per order. Please contact us for an international quote.
What happens if I forget my password or account number?
If you forget your password you can request a new one to be emailed to you by clicking on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the sign in page. If this fails to resolve your problem, please contact our customer services department.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by a number of different methods, the easiest is to pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron. If you do not wish to pay by card, you can pay cheque, pay pal, or directly into our bank account. For more information, please contact customer services.
What currency are your prices in?
As a UK company, all our products are listed in pounds sterling (GBP).
My item is out of stock, do I get a refund?
Yes, if you do not wish to order a different item, we will send you a refund.
How do I cancel / change my order?
To cancel or change orders please contact our customer service department as soon as possible with as many details as you have. We will endeavour to cancel your order as requested, this may not always be possible as the item may have already been despatched – in which case you can just send the items back to us for a refund.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use various different couriers depending on the item you have ordered, if you contact us we may be able to provide you with tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. Orders outside the UK vary.
Where is my order?
Depending on the item it may take up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered, please contact customer services to track the whereabouts of your order.
Can I nominate a date or time for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time for orders due to the different couriers we presently use.
What if I am at work when the courier tries to deliver?
If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the driver should leave a card through your door. Or may leave them in a safe place.
What happens if I don’t receive my order on time?
Don’t panic – contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.
What is your return policy?
You can return goods to us up to 14 days after receiving them, unworn and in the original packaging.
I believe my goods to be faulty, what should I do?
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
How long before the refund shows on my account?
It can take up to seven working days for the goods to be returned to us, once we have processed this refund, it will show on your account within three to five working days.
