Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

Initially really impressed with these rugs and swish is my go to for horse rugs. But for the price both rugs have broken clasps at the front and one rug the neck has completely come away from the Velcro tabs..
I just love these rugs. I have bought these to be ready for next season.

Great fit my 34yr old mare is very happy in her new fly rug
Really good rug, good fit with nice generous neck cover, keeping my black horse cool in this hot weather and the added bonus that his coat isn’t getting bleached because of the uv protection. Only negative is that he has managed to pull the Velcro fastener off the front with his teeth!

My Exmoor pony is well built and his 5’3” fly rug (by another company) was a shade small. So reading the information this rug was described as generous and if between sizes then to go smaller. So I thought a 5’3” would be suitable.
On arrival I liked the build quality and the material felt robust. But the fit was small on him (even smaller than the rug this was intended to replace). But the neck was incredibly long, well beyond his ears. In view of the neck being over long I decided a 5’6” rug would have an even longer neck so I returned the rug requesting a refund which I am still waiting for.
