Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.
Items that are returned with excess hair/marks will be returned or charged a 20% cleaning fee.
Please do not stick anything to the rug bag, please place documents inside.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

Already got one of these rugs at a slightly heavier weight and so impressed I decided to get the 50g weight for when something lighter needed. Fits my "sturdy" boy well, he needs the wide fit due to his enormous bum, chunky shoulders and a massive neck.

At first I thought i should have gone down a size, however having used it this week, it stays put and gives great coverage and freedom of movement.
My only wish is a more adjustable chest. You do have only two options and alough the chest fit is fine it could have been perfect with slightly more adjustabilty.
This however would not put me off buying another. Great rug so far.

Bought the WF as previous rugs have sat really low and rubbed the shoulders, and then the rug has worn too. This sits perfectly and hasn’t rubbed at all. I’m happy knowing my horse is comfortable now. Often high denier rugs are v. expensive, but I think this is a reasonable price and great fit. Would definitely buy another.
