Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

Finally a rug to fit the bigger horse! Fits my Andalusian well, enough room in the shoulder to move and the neck cover closes!

Really happy with this rug, the fit is great for my wide mare with huge shoulders. The sides and back are nice and long, the leg straps have separate rings to attach to the fillet string.

Love this rug!!! The wide fit is perfect for my cob mare’s chunky shoulders. Best fit we’ve found so far! Great quality all round with soft wither pad & also love the chest clips 🤩

I usually buy 6.6 rugs for my mare to compensate for her large shoulders and bum and then I found these rugs - game-changer. I also always bought second hand to reduce costs, but over time I’ve realised I’m wasting money by buying unsuitable rugs that she trashes because she’s straining the seams and rolling more because she’s uncomfortable. They also need reproofing regularly as only 600 denier. 😳 These are super quality, 1200, wet-proof rugs, love the fact that it doesn’t have fiddly buckle fastenings. I’m hoping they’ll last, can’t say for sure yet as this is only the first week. I’m pleased and I haven’t regretted spending the £100 or so (a first for me). I’ve decided to just go with a 0g next time and get the liners so it’ll suit all weathers. Also understand that new colours are coming out in 2025. The ONLY suggestion I have for Swift is that they add the tail guard (that lifts the rug as the tail lifts) then it would be perfect. 👌
