Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.
Items that are returned with excess hair/marks will be returned or charged a 20% cleaning fee.
Please do not stick anything to the rug bag, please place documents inside.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

Not tested in rain yet, but seems a lovely quality rug. It’s been very hard to find a good fit for this little mini cob, but this fits perfectly! Lots of coverage at the back end too. Usually he is between sizes, so it’s great to see a range made for his body shape. If it withstands the rain we will be purchasing the liners too.

My boy is very hard to get fitting rugs as he's very wide with a huge neck.
Staff were very helpful with regards to sizing, and as usual a fast delivery
This is the first swish wide fit rug that i've bought and it won't be the last. It fits him well, and actually covers the bottom of his belly which is a big plus point for me

I have a chunky 13.2 fjord who is 5’9 but all rugs are to tight but 6’0 is way to big , this rug fits him perfect space for him to move not to long fits him just right I am going to order the 0g to !
