Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.
Quality rug: well made, lightweight and waterproof. Fits my sturdy pony perfectly - the higher neck line is brilliant at keeping the rain out of the front of the rug. I'm very impressed with the quality at such a reasonable price. I'll definitely be buying Swish rugs in the future. Thank you.
Lovely rug good quality like the burgundy colour.
My old mare has had a 50g turnout for a couple of years now and it’s proved to be reliable and dry even in our lovely Cumbrian climate, so when I bought a new cob she had to have the same rug but in a different colour. It’s a lovely colour and she’s warm and dry inside it. Would recommend to anyone.
I'm thrilled with this rug: well made, lightweight, waterproof and true to size. Fits my gypsy cob beautifully. The high cut neckline is a real asset as it stops the rain from getting in the front when the neck cover isn't used, which has always been a problem for my cob. It is a very reasonable price for such a quality rug.

Ordered this for our big Percheron mare, she’s a 7 foot rug size normally so we went for the 7 foot 3 and this was a good choice as our girl has a huge chest!
