Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.
Items that are returned with excess hair/marks will be returned or charged a 20% cleaning fee.
Please do not stick anything to the rug bag, please place documents inside.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.
Good quality materials, well made and thoughtfully designed… they may not be the cheapest but they are worth every penny.. I have about 10 in various weights and apart from the oldest (8yrs old & since replaced) which sadly lost the will, each and every one is perfect. Does my horse like them..?? Have no idea but I do !!!
Discovered Swish Rugs a few years ago - fitted my awkward chunky cob and the TB - amazing. New companion arrived and needed something as the flies are hideous this year - he is very tall and very high withered - and takes a 7’3 rug. Shouldn’t have worried. Fits perfectly!! Well done Swish.
I already have the waterproof version of this and love it.
Fits my section D fantastically and keeps the flies off and keeps him cool as it is lightweight.

It’s hard to find rugs for my sweet itch draught horse. This rug fits amazingly well, it’s robust and super light weight in this heat!
The only downside is that the neck Velcro is not very securely attached, my horse managed to rip this off completely as he is an itchy boy. Minimal damage done and I can sew it back on, but considering the Velcro attachment is so secure/durable I’d expect the Velcro to be attached to the actual neck piece in a better way.
About to order 2 more.
