Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.
This is the second turnout rug I have bought for my mare. Last year I bought the 450g and this time I went for a 100g to see her through cooler evenings towards the end of summer. I really like the fit on her, neither the 100g or 450g moves once on her, and I don’t have the worry of it slipping all over the place.
Love this rug, my first Swish rug and it won’t be my last. Fits my 26 year old mare perfectly and keeps her snug on cool summer days in Ireland!

This rug is a quality, well made item. It is lightweight, and so far completely waterproof in heavy rain. It fits my cob perfectly, and is everything I could wish for. I am gradually changing all her rugs to Swish as I think they are excellent rugs at a very reasonable price. Thank you.
Loving the purple. Had this a while to road test it. Absolutely zero complaints. This has the buckle fastenings but I actually prefer the clip fastening on my other swish turnouts, just because my hands don't work too great especially in the cold.
