Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

Good quality rug. The only thing I would have liked is adjustable front clips so I could slightly widen the fit for a perfect fit. I have tried many rugs and this is so far the best fit.

I purchased this rug to replace my geldings existing rugs which no longer fitted and were causing him to be uncomfortable. This new rug is a great fit over his shoulders, the gusset gives much more freedom for movement. No more tight shoulders. Rain beads well so am pleased with the water proof top layer. I ordered a 6ft 9in as per my existing rugs being a wide fit I think I could have gotten away with the smaller size but I didn’t want to risk it being too small.

I already have a Swish wide fit turnout on my mare so knew the same size fly rug would fit her....and it does to perfection. Much better than covering the ponies in toxic chemicals to relieve the belly kicking and tail swishing and relentless moving around.
Good robust quality fittings. Easy to order and arrived very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Swish wide fit rugs
