Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns.
Faulty Items:
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to haveaccepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
If incorrect goods are delivered they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If an item is used it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on faulty goods after 6 months from the order date.
We regret ex photoshoot & ex display items cannot be returned.

I love these rugs, I also use with there liners, they are so easy to attach and take off as when needed, and saves you having to buy lots of different gram rugs! They fit great and the colours are beautiful! I have 3 swish rugs now plus two liners and I would use any other rugs now!

Great quality and it fits beautifully on my 3/4 Irish Draught and is plenty deep enough with roomy shoulders. Might have to get another.....

This it the only rug brand I have bought that does not fall down around the neck and fits my deep bodied cob. The rug is great quality and a lovely colour
