Swish Equestrian - Refund & Exchange Policy
Swish Equestrian will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:
Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish Equestrian will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.
Goods you believe to be faulty should be returned for inspection immediately (we strongly recommend you get proof of posting). Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items that are deemed faulty.
We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Rugs returned that are not in perfect condition for example soiled, mucky or appear to have been used will not be accepted, and will be posted back to the customer.
Please refer to the size chart to ensure you select the most accurate size for your horse.
